Obituary of Catherine Pengitore

Catherine Pengitore, age 93, of Clifton died Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Doctors Subacute Care in Paterson, NJ. Catherine was born January 30, 1923 in Paterson, NJ. She is the daughter of the late William and the late Susan (Mineely) Moore. She lived in Haledon most of her life before moving to Clifton in 2006. She worked at St. Anthony's Guild for over 40 years as a bookkeeper. She is survived by her two sons: Thomas A. Pengitore of Caldwell, NJ and Kenneth R. Pengitore of Haledon, NJ. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Keith Pengitore, Brian Pengitore, Todd Pengitore, Ashley Slagle, Craig Pengitore, Scott Pengitore, Derek Pengitore, Kelsey Pengitore, Dr. Jaclyn Cafaro and David Tencen and nine great grandchildren. . She was predeceased by her brothers, William Moore, Samuel Moore, Robert Moore and sisters, Anna Kirkorian and Margaret Galinis. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Tuesday, December 13 at St. Paul's R.C. Church, 286 Haledon Avenue, Prospect Park, NJ. Cremation is private. .
