Obituary of Michael A. Tesauro

Michael A. Tesauro, Sr., age 97, of Haledon died Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Preakness Healthcare Center of Wayne, NJ. Michael was born June 14, 1918 in Paterson, NJ. He is the son of the late Angelo and the late Marina (Alvaro) Tesauro. . He retired from John T. Costa Insurance, Paterson, NJ in 1984 where he worked for 25 years as an insurance agent. He served in the United States Army and was a member of North Haledon U.N.I.C.O. He is survived by his son: Michael A. Tesauro, Jr. and his wife Julie of Haledon, NJand his grandchildren; Michael III, Arianna and Marc Tesauro. He was predeceased by his wife Celeste Tesauro (nee Galluzzo) and his brothers: William, Arthur and Carlo Tesauro. The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 27 at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ. Visiting hours will be Tuesday, January 26 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at DeLuccia - Lozito Funeral Home, 265 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, NJ.
