Obituary of Isabel Cristina Rincon

Isabel Cristina Rincon, age 59, passed away on Thursday March 21^ST, 2024. She was born on September 30, 1964 in Armenia, Quindío, Colombia. She grew up in the suburbs of Armenia, and the cities of Bogota and Medellín. She moved to the US in 1985 and has lived New Jersey for 40 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Nicole Arias, mother Maria Yolanda Rincon, father Jaime Rincon, sisters Yolanda, Alba, Beatriz, and Angela Rincon, brother Jaime Rincon, nieces, nephews, and other living relatives.

Isabel brought laughter and joy to all who knew her. With a contagious zest for life, she effortlessly turned every moment into a celebration, infusing laughter and light wherever she went. Her playful humor and spirit lifted our hearts and brought smiles to faces, reminding us all to cherish each moment and find joy in the simplest of things.

A beloved mother, she was the epitome of love and dedication as a parent. She poured her heart and soul into nurturing her baby girl, ensuring she had every opportunity for a full and educational childhood. With unwavering love and tireless effort, she strived to provide a wealth of experiences and knowledge, shaping her daughter into the woman she is today. Her love knew no bounds, and her devotion to her daughter was evident in every hug, every word of encouragement, and every sacrifice made to ensure her happiness and success. As we reflect on her life, let us not only celebrate her laughter and joy but also honor her boundless love and devotion as a mother. Her legacy of love will continue to inspire us all.

She was also a shining example of resilience and determination. In the face of adversity and challenges, she demonstrated unwavering strength, showing us that we have the power to overcome any obstacle that stands in our way. Through her own journey of personal growth and self-improvement, she taught us the importance of perseverance and the limitless potential that lies within each of us. Her life story serves as a reminder that with courage, perseverance, and a positive attitude, we can rise above adversity and achieve our dreams.

Isabel joined the Bergen Family Center in 2007 where she would dedicate more than 17 years to bettering the lives of so many parents, children and families. Isabel dedicated her career to being the best HIPPY home visitor she could be.  She was beloved by countless families who trusted and relied on her for mentorship and support. Isabel is beloved by her colleagues, colleagues who were forever friends and family. Isabel will be missed for her genuine compassion, kindness, generous spirit, wisdom, and love for all people.  We will forever miss the elegance, fashion, and bright smile she brought into every room.  Fiercely organized, Isabel paid attention to the details and was committed to every task she took on. She cared about EVERY aspect of her work, ensuring that families received the best care.  We will miss our Monday morning breakfasts and the many talks together around the circle table.

With an unparalleled ability to make people laugh, she filled all our lives with endless joy and unforgettable memories. Whether sharing a joke, lightening the mood with her infectious laughter, or simply being her authentic, joyous self, she touched the hearts of many and left an indelible mark on our lives. Let's remember her with smiles and laughter, just as she would have wanted.

Mom, as you embark on your journey beyond this life, may you find eternal rest and tranquility. Know that your love will continue to guide and inspire me each day. I will feel you in every moment of my life going forward. You will be in every song I sing to (off key of course, just like we used to), every new place I visit, every new experience I have, every hardship I push through, every meal I savor, and every milestone of my life. Please watch over me from your place among the stars, lending me your strength and wisdom as I navigate life's challenges. Though I will miss you dearly, I take comfort in knowing that your spirit will always be with me, guiding me with your love. Rest peacefully, my beautiful mother, and know that you are forever cherished and remembered. I love you mami.

Isabel Cristina Rincón nació en Armenia y vivió en las ciudades de Bogotá y Medellín. Se mudó a los Estados Unidos en 1985 y ha vivido en Nueva Jersey durante 40 años.

Le sobreviven su hija Nicole Arias, su madre María Yolanda Robledo, su padre Jaime Rincón, sus hermanas Yolanda, Alba, Beatriz y Ángela Rincón, su hermano Jaime Rincón, sus sobrinas, sobrinos y otros parientes vivos.

Isabel trajo risas y alegría a todos los que la conocieron. Con un contagioso entusiasmo por la vida, convertía sin esfuerzo cada momento en una celebración, infundiendo risas y luz dondequiera que iba. Su humor y espíritu juguetones levantaron nuestros corazones y dibujaron sonrisas en los rostros, recordándonos a todos que valoremos cada momento y encontremos alegría en las cosas más simples.

Una madre querida, ella era la personificación del amor y la dedicación como madre. Ella dedicó su corazón y su alma a criar a su bebé, asegurándose de que tuviera todas las oportunidades para una infancia plena y educativa. Con amor inquebrantable y esfuerzo incansable, se esforzó por brindarle una gran cantidad de experiencias y conocimientos, formando a su hija en la mujer que es hoy. Su amor no conocía límites y su devoción por su hija era evidente en cada abrazo, cada palabra de aliento y cada sacrificio hecho para asegurar su felicidad y éxito. Al reflexionar sobre su vida, no sólo celebremos su risa y alegría, sino también honremos su amor y devoción ilimitados como madre. Su legado de amor seguirá inspirándonos a todos.

También fue un brillante ejemplo de superación y determinación. Ante las adversidades y los desafíos, demostró una fuerza inquebrantable, mostrándonos que tenemos el poder de superar cualquier obstáculo que se interponga en nuestro camino. A través de su propio viaje de crecimiento personal y superación personal, nos enseñó la importancia de la perseverancia y el potencial ilimitado que hay dentro de cada uno de nosotros. Ferozmente organizada, Isabel prestó atención a los detalles y se comprometió con cada tarea que emprendió. Se preocupaba por CADA aspecto de su trabajo, asegurándose de que las familias recibieran la mejor atención. Echaremos de menos los desayunos de los lunes por la mañana y nuestras numerosas charlas de mesa redonda.

Con una capacidad incomparable para hacer reír a la gente, llenó todas nuestras vidas de alegría infinita y recuerdos inolvidables. Ya sea compartiendo un chiste, aligerando el ambiente con su risa contagiosa o simplemente siendo auténtica y alegre, tocó los corazones de muchos y dejó una marca indeleble en nuestras vidas. Recordémosla con sonrisas y risas, tal como ella hubiera querido.

Mamá, al embarcarte en tu viaje más allá de esta vida, que encuentres el descanso y la tranquilidad eternos. Sepa que su amor seguirá guiándome e inspirándome cada día. Te sentiré en cada momento de mi vida en el futuro. Estarás en cada canción que cante (fuera de tono, por supuesto, como solíamos hacerlo), en cada nuevo lugar que visite, en cada nueva experiencia que tenga, en cada dificultad que supere, en cada comida que saboree y en cada hito de mi vida. Por favor, cuídame desde tu lugar entre las estrellas, prestándome tu fuerza y sabiduría mientras afronto los desafíos de la vida.
